Bayview Studio 1
The Bayview Studio is self-catering, and you will need to prepare your own meals or eat out in the many fine restaurant’s in town. The house is not serviced however your sheets and towels will be changed every 3-4 days or on revised. We have raised a charge for cleaning so don't clean when you leave, we will, and you will still get 5 Stars for cleanliness in the review.
The studio is one of 3 in a timber frame house and you may hear footsteps from above you at times. This has only been mentioned twice in over 200 reviews.
Guests have described our place at 5-star luxury at the price we ask. The space is a small open plan apartment with a separate small kitchenette and cosy lounge. You will enjoy our comfortable Queen Size bed and crispy clean linen. The bedroom also has a double bunk which only suitable for younger children.
Soft towels and soaps all included. Also, kitchen basics such as tea, coffee, milk, salt, pepper, sugar, butter, jams, bread, yogurt, cereals, fruit, a variety of snacks and fruit juice. Also, FREE uncapped Fiber WiFi
A flat screen TV with all SA Satellite DSTV channels are available.
The apartment has an en suite bathroom with shower basin and toilet. A covered deck overlooking the garden AND THE STUNNING LAGOON is a great place to drink in the tranquility of our centrally situated suburb, named Paradise.
Safe off-street parking in front of your apartment will give you peace of mind. If you arrive with dirty laundry, our housekeeper, Lee, will wash and iron it for you at R150 a load - weekdays only. Or you can use out laundry and do it yourself.
We live on the adjoining property with our 2 dogs (Roxy and Charlie) and 2 cats (Sushi and Bella) and time permitting, we love to interact with our guests. An exchange of culture and travel experiences is the reason we do Airbnb. We will interact as much or as little as you desire, depending on time constraints as we still have day jobs. Airbnb is our hobby, and we do it well.
Paradise is a secure and SAFE neighbourhood with ample bird life AND mischievous monkeys that visit us occasionally.
